Unlike stretching on your own, assisted stretching allows your muscles to fully relax because you’re not having to engage or hold the stretch yourself. With a trained stretch coach guiding the movements, you’re able to reach a deeper and safer range of motion without forcing anything. As a result, assisted stretching can improve flexibility, increase range of motion, support faster recovery after training, release muscle tension, and make everyday activities feel easier.
