"CrossFit is important to me for so many different reasons. It transformed my mind, body, and taught me I'm capable of so much more than I could ever imagine. I am more confident, stronger and healthier. CrossFit has helped me become the strong, independent, confident woman I am today. My goal as an owner and coach is to help people improve their life through building a healthier lifestyle and increasing their confidence to excel outside of the gym as well."
FAQ's
1. What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a fitness program that combines weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements into constantly varied, high-intensity workouts. At CrossFit 267, that means no boring treadmill routines — instead, you’ll lift, jump, push, pull, run, and move in ways that make you stronger for everyday life.
2. I’ve never done CrossFit before. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Many of our members started as complete beginners. We’ll teach you proper form, scale workouts to your current fitness level, and help you progress at your own pace. You don’t need to “get in shape” before starting — CrossFit 267 is where you get in shape.
3. Will I get hurt doing CrossFit?
Any workout can lead to injury if done incorrectly, which is why we focus on technique first. Our coaches keep classes small enough to give you individual attention, so you learn proper movement patterns before adding intensity or weight.
4. How are workouts structured?
Each class is 60 minutes and includes:
-
Warm-up to get your body moving
-
Skill or strength work to build technique
-
Workout of the Day (WOD) for intensity
-
Cool-down & mobility to help you recover
We write the programming so it works for all levels — from first-timers to competitive athletes.
5. What if I can’t do a movement?
No problem! Every workout can be scaled or modified. Can’t do pull-ups? We’ll use bands or ring rows. Can’t run? We’ll row or bike. Your workout will still be just as effective.
6. How often should I come?
If you’re new, we recommend starting with 3 classes per week and building from there. Many members find their sweet spot is 4–5 days a week once they’ve adapted.
7. Is CrossFit 267 only for young, super-fit people?
Not at all. Our community includes people in their teens all the way into their 60s, and every workout is tailored to the individual. You’ll see teachers, parents, nurses, business owners, and more all training together.
8. What makes CrossFit 267 different from other gyms?
